Meet the Team
Medical Director, Founder
Nate Lowry, MD
Dr. Lowry is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Critical Care Physician and has conducted his practice in Northern California since 2017. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at Baylor Scott & White Health and went on to pursue subspecialty fellowship training at University of California, San Diego. It was in San Diego that Nate fell in love with California in all its splendor. An avid motorcyclist and lover of dogs – especially his own – he has come to call California home.
Nate describes his career as incredibly rewarding and intellectually challenging, as he has taken special interest in caring for the most complex and acutely ill patient populations. Still, he believes that we have more to offer on a human level, especially as it pertains to the treatment of refractory major depressive disorder, PTSD, substance use/abuse disorders and even chronic pain syndromes. He is hopeful and confident that Windows Health Clinic can shine a light on breakthrough approaches to mental, and therefore physical health.
CEO, Founder
Michael Ignaffo, MBA

There is much opportunity for improvement in the availability and delivery of care, and Michael is inspired to build Windows Health to help people in a direct, measurable, and impactful way. He believes that behavioral health has a lot of leverage for unlocking good health broadly for individuals and couples, who may then enjoy their lives more fully. Michael is especially excited by the proven efficacy of ketamine in combination with psychotherapy to better address treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and other mental health struggles.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, his MBA from the University of Michigan, and has recently completed the pre med requirements at San Francisco State University.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist
Cammy Michel, PhD
Dr. Cammy is excited about the possibilities of Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy. Dr. Cammy has been a licensed psychologist in private practice since 2011. She brings an impressive background in psychedelic education and training which include Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training from Polaris, MDMA training from the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelics (MAPS), she holds a Psychedelic Certificate from CIIS, and is a member of the Redwood Psychedelic Association.
Dr. Cammy consciously and caringly holds space for her patients experiencing and exploring Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). She believes the medicine is a catalyst for the real work which is in the therapy. Dr. Cammy is impressed specifically with (KAP) because it alleviates depression quickly and has the opportunity to reset an individual's way of thinking, priming them to enjoy life's pleasures. Ironically, in western culture as adults age, the capacity for play and meaningful leisure can become lost. KAP reminds the brain to return to the "now" and to mindfully "live again."
When not at work, Dr. Cammy can be found walking at the beach, cavorting with her adult children, or hiking in the mountains.

CranioSacral Somatic Therapist
Mallory Gargan, CMT, CST, FxNT, CH
I am passionate about bringing holistic wellness and support as clients navigate the challenges of health and lifestyle imbalance on their individual healing journeys.
My career began as a medical aesthetician, working under physicians' supervision to restore skin health and confidence for clients. I arrive now to Windows Health Clinic as a therapeutic body worker, having gained my certification as a Massage Therapist and Health Educator in 2012, and later specializing in CranioSacral Therapy. When I encountered health struggles of my own, I dedicated significant time to taking courses, reading, investigating, and working towards healing myself. I gained a reputation with friends and clients as the person to go to when they were struggling with health imbalances. I dove into functional nutrition, how physiological systems work together, and how foods we eat can disrupt functions within individual bodies. I discovered how unique we are, down to how we respond to stimuli at the cellular level. What is healthy for one person can lead to dysfunction within another.
Adding studies in the nervous system and herbal medicine, I now focus on how a dysregulated nervous system can affect one’s mental, spiritual, and physiological health. Many of us regularly experience a fight-or-flight response in our daily lives. I would love to see a world where pain is not an aspect of our identity, but rather feelings of joy, gratitude, health, love, and abundance. Let’s challenge ourselves on how good it can get.
